  • Annual Report Issued to Kansas Attorneys 08/13/2025
    1 of 2
In accordance with Kansas Supreme Court Rule 809, Kansas CLE has issued the annual transcript notice to Kansas-licensed attorneys via email. Attorneys have 30 days to notify the office of any possible discrepancies in their transcript. Requests for changes to the transcript will be considered and may be changed at the discretion of Kansas CLE. No changes to the previous compliance period may be made after that time.
  • NONCOMPLIANCE NOTICES EMAILED 08/13/2025
    2 of 2
Noncompliance notices were emailed this week to those attorneys that did not meet the CLE requirements for the compliance period that ended June 30, 2025. The notice offers 30 days for the attorney to respond to the notice, complete the remaining hours, and pay the noncompliance fee. We encourage attorneys to review their online transcript early and often throughout the compliance period to avoid this situation. Attorneys who do not comply with the CLE requirement will be suspended from the practice of law in Kansas and must go through the reinstatement process before resuming the practice of law in Kansas.
